Mason was so Kind, Helpful, Patient, Caring and Understanding!! I went in after feeling like a ping pong ball going back and forth between two Pharmacies!! He guided me through the steps I had to take with my new insurance!! Grateful for his knowledge and kindness!! Mason definitely DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!👊🏼
Smith’s pharmacy in West Point is supposed to close at 1 o’clock every day for lunch. They are very unreliable and close early all the time. Again today, I raced across town trying to get there before they closed for lunch. I got there at 12:50 and they were already closed. I can’t tell you how many times this has happened.
Every single time I come here my prescription isn't ready. I've called ahead, I have it on auto fill, yet it's never ready and I'm left to wait 15 minutes to get it. Even if the doctor sends it in they won't fill it until you come and say you want it filled. It's a huge waste of time and really frustrating if Im not planning on shopping while there.
I called in to talk with a pharmacist and he sounded extremely annoyed that he had to speak with me.
