Poor communication. It is ridiculous how much of a process it was to get my rx that they called me saying they had it and then I show up and say I don't have it.
It’s very slow but the staff are friendly and helpful. I think they just need to hire more people to get through the lines. Overall not bad though.
The pharmacist and techs were great. After a long work day for these employees, they were still able to push a refill to be filled so my husband could have it when my he needed it. I truly am so grateful! Thank you so much!
First of all what the heck people!? When you are told to transfer a medication to Walmart, you do it! You DO NOT drag your feet, lie to us, or delete the medication. We got several texts saying and confirming that med was there and now being told it’s not in record. Which is a lie and it wasn’t 2 weeks before it was picked up. Which is the time in which a med would be put back. Being an experienced person, with taking multiple meds, I would know. Also many voicemails were left and a phone call was never returned.
