Smith’s on Tramway has been my go-to pharmacy for over 10 years, and there’s a reason I’ve stayed so loyal. The staff and pharmacists are always friendly and helpful. Rachel is especially kind, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to help. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their customers. Me and my parents have been going to this Pharmacy for almost 30 years. It is usually ok to buy a few groceries at the pharmacy so long as the items aren't restricted or require a scale. I went today 5-3-2026 and put my groceries on the counter and asked for the script. Without saying she wouldnt ring up the groceries she just gave me a weird look like "I am not going to ring up anything." Stonewalled by debi on a transfer request. Not even an attempt to help. Went to Albertsons and was treated like royalty.
Worst customer service and attitudes that I have ever experienced. The staff is a bunch of clowns that don't know have the slightest idea what customer service is. I filled 1 prescription here, and will never use them again.
