I have been a loyal customer here since they opened. In the last year or so it has become the worst the pharmacy I’ve experienced. When you call in a prescription you are connected with an automated system. I called in a very common prescription this morning and it said it would be ready tomorrow after 5:30 pm. It gives you an option if this is not acceptable. It then gave me after 5:30 pm today. I then called back and spoke with a actual person who said they’d have it ready today after 2:00 pm. Smiths has took a major dive in performance for customers. They don’t answer phones, they takedays to fill a prescription. They have made it much more difficult for working ppl who need to get their prescriptions during Their lunch hour because they decide to close. Walmart pharmacy is amazing! Switch and make your life easier.
Absolutely not. The service at the Pharmacy was wretched. It should be an example of how not to treat customers who are also patients. I have never been treated so poorly while filling a prescription, ever.
Don't bother calling ahead to get your prescriptions filled. They never bother filling them anyway. You'll still end up waiting an hour once you get here. Hands down the most useless pharmacy I've ever been to.
