It's a lot better the walgreens for sure some times the wait time is a little long and a little slow for refills but overall nice staff and shorter wait time then walgreens

i've gone to this pharmacy for YEARS and lately for the past year it has gone so far downhill. every pharmacist is rude. they never answer their phone. it seriously takes me 30 minutes just to get up the courage to go pick up my meds. i was diagnosed with pink eye and was told i need to start on my drops as soon as possible, i call and ask if there is any way i could them today and before i can even finish my sentence she goes "nope." i'm finally to the point where im going to switch pharmacy's. this sucks because this smith... read more

They don't know how to answer a phone I called to get my husbands prescriptions filled the lady answer the phone sat the phone on the counter and said I can help the next person in line and didnt even bother with the customer on the phone. I hung up and called back and it just rang and rang. They never ever have his prescription on time.

I just have to say, be kind and understanding and you will receive the same in return. This pharmacy is clearly very busy and they’re doing the best they can. I had a great experience, be patient and kind and things work out. Put yourself in the context of their reality. Thank you to the techs and pharmacists who helped solve my problem. I’m truly grateful.
