So how do we get a prescription from this Smiths? They will not pick up a phone call and the app shows my prescription in progress for days even after the proposed pick up time and date. Who can help???
Tells you your items are going to be ready at a certain time and they are never done at that time. Can be days late and still make you wait 30 minutes when you get there because they are “backed up.” Their phone refill system is useless.
Use to love this pharmacy. We just moved back and thought they’d be just as great. Was wrong, they won’t put any effort in trying to help you with your prescription, they never answer the phone to check up on the status so you can follow up. The pharmacy tech are not well trained (not their fault) though they can be rude which can be understandable if they have to deal with unsatisfied customers due to their lack of training.
