I would like to rate 5 stars to the pharmacist department. called this morning to transfer my prescription. They were fast and had it ready by the afternoon.really professional fast, not like Walgreens had a horrible experience specially the one on Craig and MLK
My family has been going to this pharmacy for years and everything has gone well and smooth. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes to fill a prescription or 5 minutes in line. After going to another pharmacy for the first time in years, I realized this Pharmacy and the employees are really good at their jobs. I appreciate everyone here.
First I have to say the entire staff and I mean entire staff has been nothing but kind, efficient and always going above and beyond what they have to. Mulu, Adrian, Chris and all the other employees just thank you for making myself and my Aunts experience with a pharmacy a positive experience again. CVS really traumatized us and I wasn’t sure if there were any good pharmacies anymore. Thank you for being an awesome team and just awesome people! 🙏
They are the best pharmacy I've ever been to hands down. Always fill prescriptions within minutes of having them ordered. They've even gone out of their way to help me transfer prescriptions to their location. Very friendly and professional staff. They may not take good rx coupons, however they have there own discount program that actually ended up being a better deal than good rx offered, in my case. Thank you smith's pharmacy!
I went to the pharmacy yesterday to drop off my prescription. The pharmacy Technician with the synthetic wig and glasses said they don’t have my prescription in stock until later that day. I checked on my prescription status online and it didn’t even say pending. The pharmacist told me today that we don’t fill prescription for people like you. I said what does that mean she said look at your skin color and I said don’t you have the same skin tone as me. The pharmacist ignored me and went to the next customer.
