The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are always so helpful and try to get me the best savings possible on my prescriptions. I even overheard the pharmacist helping a lady that was practically in tears because her prescription was so expensive. I believe he called the pharmaceutical company or someone on the phone and was able to get her a rebate or coupon that saved her hundreds of dollars. I thought that was so wonderful to see him going above and beyond for this lady.

Having used this pharmacy for years, I have found them to be very pleasant, friendly and courteous. I am surprised to see some critical comments. An example of my experience this week: My doctor told me they would call in my new prescription on the morning I saw him. I went to Smiths late afternoon the same day and learned my prescription was not sent in. Rather than the "front line" technician (Kaylee I believe) easily dismissing the fact and telling me I would have to return later, Kaylee offered to call the doctors office... read more
