Eric was exceptional. So kind when we were in a time crunch to get a prescription for our grandson ear infection. He stayed later than business hours on a Saturday night to help us. Can’t express enough about how much we appreciated his kindness. Smith’s pharmacy staff has always been very kind but Eric went way above and beyond.
They are just fine if you don't mind being treated as a number, rather than a person with a name.
Everyone is always nice and polite and happy.
Dear Manger, or whoever picks out your overhead music...please for the sanity of your shoppers, stop playing the worst music of the 1980's and 90's. This music should have never been recorded nor released!!! Somehow you got suckered into subscribing to the D List of the one hit wonder artists. It's just giving vibes of Aqua Net, leg warmers and neon...Other than that your store is amazing. Please can we play better music. Thank you for listening to my TED Talk!!
Have been using this pharmacy for years. They are helpful when you call, go thru the drive thru and in person. They are always kind, helpful and have the best hours of any pharmacy in town.
