Something is broken with this pharmacy. The repeatedly get my prescription dosage wrong and then I asked them to transfer it somewhere else and they changed the amount ordered by the doctor. Super shady. This is insulin we are talking about not an addiction narcotic. You guys need to get your act together.
I went to smiths at 7:50, ten minutes before they closed, and they were closed. If my prescription would have been something super important, like for my heart or to prevent strokes, I'd have been screwed. This is no way to run a pharmacy that we're supposed to trust as a partner in health care. Did 10 minutes really make your selfish night? Shame on you!
I've been coming to this pharmacey for a few months and it's fine but sometimes they can have a bit of attitude. Today I was in a rush but didn't see the line on the other side of the aisle and the pharmacist asked if he could help me while he was still with some one and I looked to the other side thinking another pharmacist had said something but no one. The techs at this pharmacy are always really helpful when I have questions or call to get prescriptions filled. I honestly have never been treated this good by a pharmacy and I appreciate them.
