The Smiths Pharmacy in Payson forgot to order a medication needed for surgery even though they were notified 10 days prior. I stood in line for about 20 minutes and was told they did not have the medication and that I would need to go to Springville. It took time to find my name and information. Once that information was retrieved, I was told to come back in about 30 minutes. I came back and stood for 15 minutes. No other person was in line. I watched someone putting medications away. I'm writing this review for the pharmacy located in White Rock, NM. First off let me say, the young lady that came to the window was hostile, rude, and plain dumb. I handed her a prescription for my dog from his vet in Albuquerque. She looked at it with such earnest confusion, I was taken aback and thought, 'had I handed her the wrong paper?' been coming here for 4 years and enjoyed shopping and the service here. The store MGR and Floor MGR always go out of their way to come up and say HI and ask how things are and if I need any help.

They were very efficient and had my prescription ready quickly. I received a text saying it was ready before I even got in my car leaving the doctor's office. The staff are all wonderful. Highly recommend using them for all your pharmacy needs.

So I have never been so upset that I had to leave a review. I recently have moved and needed my prescription transferred to another state. I have been dealing with this for about 3 weeks now and have been back and fourth with Smiths and my now pharmacist now. One person saying at Smiths she has no refills left when I know I do I was looking at the bottle. This happened twice from them. Then them saying they sent it. I love our Smiths here in Evanston and try to do the majority of my shopping there, but the store is always too cold and when I ask how cold it is or comment on how cold it is, the employees agree with me. Please don't keep the store so cold.

This pharmacy does not even deserve one star. It is one thing to be busy. It is another thing to constantly not have prescriptions ready after promising they would be. You will not get through to them on the phones, so do not even try. You will never know if the drive through is open, until you get to the drive through and see twenty plus cars in line. Every time I go to pick up a prescription it is always someone new. Their "manager" brett, is a sorry excuse for a manger. Take some accountability, and get some new managemen... read more

Look, intermountain pharmacies closed all around Utah… and I’m a wife to a tech at a smiths pharmacy. Things are hectic right now and it’s very stressful because they are UNDER STAFFED!!! I get it everyone needs their meds… but as health care workers we are only working with the best that we have. Because of this pandemic let’s be nicer and more kind to each other. We are all trying I promise

This pharmacy never answers the phone and when my doctor calls in the prescription it isn't ready. I have to go in and tell them to fill it. I have used the Smith's pharmacy on 12th street and have always had good service. Even though it is out of my way, I guess I will need to return to that pharmacy.
