There’s a very nice tech named Matt that I love
The employee named Jan working the drive through on august 1st should NOT be a customer facing employee. We waited in line for close to 20 minutes (even though there were only two cars in front of us) and then were told the prescriptions that were said to ready yesterday weren't ready and we needed to come back in 30 minutes....and then told its our responsibility to call ahead and make sure theyre ready?
