Why are the staff such jerks? They never even look me in the eye. My last experience was the worst. I usually do the drive through but went inside this time. I wasn’t sure where pickup was because there was no sign. So I asked the one lady I saw. She said in a stern voice that she’d be right with me but didn’t answer my question. So I moved to the left where I thought pickup was. She said sternly again that it would be right where she was but she’ll be right with me. This is the worst smiths pharmacy I have ever been to. My medication is difficult to find and they have it in stock but won’t fill it because I don’t normally fill at this specific smiths which is one of the only ones that has it in stock. That blows my mind. Go somewhere else.
The drive thru is really hard to do if your car is taller than a sedan. Plus the workers are generally pretty unfriendly
The employees seem so angry that they have to help customers. Almost like they’re annoyed you are there to pick up prescriptions Update: they’re still very rude. I called with questions about filling a prescription and the employee was means and aggressive. He hung up on me three times and even swore on the last time saying ‘oh my hell, I didn’t mean to answer this I wanted to hang up’ then terminated the call
They always close 10-20 minutes before the posted closing time. Drives me insane.
