Kroger has jumped on the bandwagon of punishing and abandoning pain patients. It’s not the pharmacists fault they have to follow policy of their employer. I want to mention this is not about addicts or misuse of medication or me personally this is a Kroger wide policy blocking pain clinics as a whole from their pharmacies to cap their controlled substance dispensing not per individual persons but per facility. As I've gotten older and my prescriptions continue to increase, I find myself spending more and more time visiting Smith's Pharmacy in Kaysville. I just have to say that the staff there has mastered being professional, efficient, and always friendly. It is not just isolated to one or two employees. I have been helped by multiple people who work there and have always been impressed with how upbeat, helpful, and friendly they are. Great bunch of folks there! Thank you!
