I wish I could put a minus 10 I have been a smiths customer for twenty years at this location and 25+years at the 900 south and 900 west location. I have seen pharmacists come and go, some great with awesome customer service and some dumber than a rock! unfortunately the current pharmacist and half of his crew wouldn't know customer service if it jumped up and slapped them in the face!! Just switched to this pharmacy and its been 6 months and everyone has treated me amazing and they ALWAYS answer . I usually wait at longest an hour and that's because of lunch or they are busy (something they cannot control) overall I love it has a drive up and everyone is nice and efficient!
PAINFULLY SLOW, both inside and at the drive-thru. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Contacted Alan trying to find a prescription that was supposed to be sent from Medallus in Holliday. They treated him very rudely when he called them but he was very professional when he called me back. He talked with me for several minutes trying to help with other than prescriptions. Medallus was a failure and waste of money but Alan was awesome even though we weren't true customers.
