Contacted Alan trying to find a prescription that was supposed to be sent from Medallus in Holliday. They treated him very rudely when he called them but he was very professional when he called me back. He talked with me for several minutes trying to help with other than prescriptions. Medallus was a failure and waste of money but Alan was awesome even though we weren't true customers.
I don't know what the bad reviews are all about, these guys are busier than any pharmacy I've ever been to for good reason. There always friendly and kind and running around busting their butts for us. I appreciate hard workers when I see them! Thank you Smith's family!!
Wait time is horrendous. Consistently behind on filling prescriptions.
Smiths has gone downhill in a big way. The low quality Kroger brand garbage is far worse than the noname products they carried before. If the store was farther away it would have recieved 1 star.
