My new Colorado LTZ was purchased in 12/16. I tried to buy from this dealership, but they were $4000 dearer than Melb. Dealership. As I had fixes service fees, this dealer is the only one who serviced this vehicle. Not any more. Service fee of 1% on Debit Card is a blatant rip off. Please remove customer 24943 of your contact list.
Would never buy a car from here again. Purchased a second hand car late December, for our sons first car. Figured it would be safe and reliable buying from a dealership... how wrong we were... Clearly they don't do proper mechanical checks or even a proper roadworthy. The back seat belt had a faded edge, and wiper blades were stuffed. Unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. I will never return to this service centre and would not recommend to anyone. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I booked my car for a standard service with no issues, the charge was $942. The day after the service my car began to stall and struggle to change through gears. I called straight away and they said they couldn’t look over my car for a further week. 2yrs ago I found them acceptable & prompt (GWM Geelong - which is Smiths & Bloods) 2 services later & I will go elsewhere. It’s a sign of the times (with set price servicing etc) attractive to the purchaser but now even the basics that used to be covered are an extra cost or an upsell. Want a brake check? (It’s apparently recommended) that’s $35 extra on top of your $500 service. Want your tyres checked? $55 & they located a puncture but no phone call or communication if I wanted it fixed.
