To the wonderful staff, at GWM Smith of Geelong I was very pleased and how friendly and efficient the staff all are at the service department. I was greeted by very friendly staff and my car was service in a matter of a couple of hours there was bottled water and hot beverages available while you wait and my vehicles was also washed ready for pick-up. I bought a Haval H6 Ultra HEV from Smiths of Geelong. Every part of the experience was dealt with professionalism. I took the car in for its first service yesterday and once again the staff were very professional.They even gave the car a wash. Thanks Smiths great service!
Customer number 91146 I purchased my Haval H6 in 2022 and was having it serviced at another dealership from which I bought it. I now travel one hour each way to have my car serviced at Smiths of Geelong. I recently had my third service with them and I couldn't fault the service that I received all three times both mechanically and front service desk. My new Colorado LTZ was purchased in 12/16. I tried to buy from this dealership, but they were $4000 dearer than Melb. Dealership. As I had fixes service fees, this dealer is the only one who serviced this vehicle. Not any more. Service fee of 1% on Debit Card is a blatant rip off. Please remove customer 24943 of your contact list.
