One of my tenants was robbed, taking her handbag with ID and keys in it. David went all the way to Braintree to rekey the door locks the same day I called him. Since then he has changed all the locks in my own house and then again installed all the locks in my new house including the digital locks. He is very professional and went right to work, and took the time to explain and reprogram the digitals, & cleaned up when he was done. Who does that? Today (that was 8/21/2015) I brought in a museum-piece of a lock that no longer worked with the keys I had (which apparently were non-original). This made the repair more difficult, but Smith willingly spent the extra time, and by some sort of miracle made it like new and charged very reasonably.. A hint to newbie customers like me with the same problem: Have in mind whether you want to keep using the same keys, new keys, or don't care. It might make a difference in the degree of difficulty. Don't waste your time with anyone else. When I couldn't get in my safe at 8:30pm no one would help me because i bought the safe from someone else but Mr. Smith took his time and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I was just turning the dial in the wrong direction. I needed my passport and he was the only one who would help me. Since then they are the only locksmith co I'll do business with.
