My mother had an extremely unpleasant experience with Amanda Edwards. We would definitely not recommend!! Go to somewhere like Maurice Blackburn Lawyers or Shine Lawyers instead.
Excellent law firm, excellent staff and service, excellent outcome. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and empathetic, particularly Dylan who looked after my case. It was so good to feel like someone was on my side and actually cared. He looked after my workers compensation claim and I'm pleased to say I had an excellent result. Cannot recommend Dylan and this firm highly enough.

They were easy to work with and it was nice having someone to assist with navigating all the paperwork associated with my matter. I was never in expectation of an outcome and it was wonderful to find all parties were compassionate and considered all facts fairly to achieve a mutually beneficial final position.
Great service, always able to make time to discuss my case. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't as great as our team initially anticipated however Smith's did a wonderful job across the whole case period.
