The steak at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a filet mignon and a ribeye, both of which turned out to be poorly prepared: the filet, supposed to be the most tender cut, was tough and hard to chew; the ribeye, which I requested medium-rare, came out completely well done. The chef's skill clearly needs improvement. I definitely won't be coming back again. I gave two stars because the environment was nice.

I had a very concerning experience at Smith's Landing Seafood Grill. I arrived before 5 PM as a party of two and requested a waterfront booth but was told the booths were reserved. During the more than an hour I was there, I observed approximately 5-7 waterfront booths remain empty while arriving parties of both two and four were seated there.
