It's now September and I've been trying to contact their service dept since April. All I want is a price and availability for a Honda service on my bike. I've made 5 calls today, none answered. I did leave a message explaining that my phone cannot receive calls where I live (I had to use VIOP to call them) and to email me. Pity they are the only Honda dealer for miles.
I've just purchased a honda fireblade rrr sp The service I received was 2nd to none from Paul Sarah and Ash plus the service department , any questions I asked, they answered, they are very very professional and nice people to deal with. I would definitely go back to Smiths in the future and would recomend anybody to go there. Thanks again.

I bought my honda cb1000r. The sales staff are really helpful and not pushy. Gave me all the info I needed and told me to go and get a cuppa to think about it. No problems at all with the bike, so no warranty work needed. Highly recommended
