I had a low battery signal on my Wireless Room Thermostat. However no matter how much I tried to find where the battery was, I couldn’t find it. I emailed Richard to ask for help and in less than 15 minutes he emailed a screenshot from the manual with details of where the battery was. I would never have found it. Absolutely amazing customer service, thank you Richard.

Amazing Plumber's and lovely staff! They have looked after our plumbing since we heard about them by word of mouth. They are reliable, honest and the work that was so done is above and beyond.
I highly recommend this small independent local company that provide a high quality friendly professional service. We had a cold radiator and their engineer came round and did a thorough investigation. The rad’ was thoroughly blocked so we ended up power flushing the system. The radiator is now fixed and the whole house is so much warmer! Plus I can tell already from the smart meter it’s going to save me lots on my heating bills. A brilliant job all round!
Always had good service from Rick and his staff. The only plumber and heating engineer I ever use.
