Not long ago, they replaced the axles and CV joints in our Subaru. Those components are already Making nasty noises again. I went to the shop and asked if the parts are covered by warranty. I was told that they likely are, but that Smith's Garage disposed of our receipt and maintenance records. They won't stand behind the work, so we are out of luck! We paid $1,000 for this work.
