they have given me EXCELLENT service for many years.
Their wrecker driver blew threw the Guyton roundabout nearly causing a horrific wreck. When I called they condoned his actions because he has a time limit to respond to a call. If they are that willing to put profits over people's lives, I can only imagine how many shortcuts they would be willing to take while repairing your vehicle. personally, I will stay far away from this place in the future. Also. watch out for the wrecker, he has $$ to make and your life is of no concern.

I feel like they're the most unprofessional mechanic shop I ever dealt with I lived in Effingham all my life and I wouldn't recommend a enemy to there shop.
I would only choose Smiths Front End B/C its a family friendly environment!!!! And they wont sh*t youlike everyone else does!!
