I had a death in the family, and cousins from out-of-town had lovingly sent me a plant from Smith's Flowers & Gift Shop. Due to this family tragedy, I wasn't home for a few days. When I returned, I found a dead plant on my front porch, left outside in February. After I called Smith's to ask about it, the woman was immediately hostile. She stated that she'd attempted delivery multiple times, but it was ultimately my cousin's fault for failing to provide my phone number. ...I called this place this morning, & was "greeted" by the most RUDE woman I have ever spoken to...!!! 🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤 ...as if she couldn't be bothered to take a flower order...!!! 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨 ... ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES THAT I HAVE HAD IN A LONG, LONG, LONG TIME...!!!
