I just gave Smiths a 2nd rug days after they did such a great job on the 1st one. This time it was a rug that was literally days old and my husband walked across it with grease on his shoes. Pete was so patient throughout explaining the limited options because of what the rug was made from. He sent videos then invited us to his shop to finalize the plan. Shout out to the wonderful young man who delivered it back to our home and helped my husband place it back where it belonged. I’m so happy we discovered Smith’s!
