Update — Changing from 3 stars to 1 star After posting my review below, I was contacted by Melissa and asked to call in. I appreciated the outreach, but the call made things worse, not better. She suggested I sign up for Oceana, which I had already done, canceled, and replaced with a direct request for phone reminders. First of all, I absolutely adore the nurses at this clinic! I’ve been a patient at the Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic in Smiths Falls since my pregnancy in 2022, and overall I’m grateful to have access to care, especially knowing how limited healthcare staffing is right now. I understand there are roster limitations and that they can only take on so many patients, so this is not a complaint about availability.
