Excellent Service from the staff at Smiths Falls Nissan in respect with getting work completed on my 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro4X. Susan, Penny and Chris, on the Tech Side in the Service Center, did an amazing job to diagnosis and repair some issues with the truck. What stands out is the Customer Service. 100% satisfaction. Really nice dealership - just skip Ottawa and visit these guys. Got a new rogue rock creek here and they were really organized and quick. Just good honest service. There's a reason everyone loves small towns. We dealt with Kevin, Terry and Pat, all good guys. I would definitely make this dealer a stop when you're next shopping for a vehicle.
