Lady at the Service desk is so unbelievably rude, claims she knows everything because she's worked there for 20 years yet she talks to you like an idiot, the worst service I've ever had. I've never met anyone so arrogant in my life.
We recently purchased a truck from Smith Falls ford and were blown away with how great the service was. Dawson did an unbelievable job communicating with us, and was able to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for. There was no stress and no beating around the bush.
