They always say it's the pharmacy's fault that the presciption didn't get done. Changed pharmacy same problem. Changed pharmacy in August. Notified Katie Bailey of change,and she did start sending prescriptions into new pharmacy,but of late reverted back to old pharmacy. After notifying Katie twice still keeps sending to the wrong pharmacy. My Husband needs his diabetes medication.
completely forgot to mention they forgot about my ultrasound results!! like i should get to know first what’s going on with MY BODY and MY HEALTH!!! this is crazy, went in friday last week and on Monday they decided to try to get them now we will take me another couple days till I even get anything, it’s now the middle of the week and still nothing back! do not come here for results because you’ll be left waiting for days if not weeks.
