I cannot understand how this place stays in business I I had my truck serviced and the engine light was on so told them to repair it they said 3 weeks to get the parts when I picked up my truck they charge me over 600 for the service and did not even put some washer fluid in it and the light was on than after waiting 3 weeks the parts came in and not a call when I called the women said I have no one in the shop to put it on my truck and I told that woman in February that I would be going away and wanted this repaired before ... read more

Absolutely impossible to get parts from. They can't look up anything without a serial number. If someone says a year, part they looking for, the type of engine and what it came out of (eg. 3/4 or tractor or semi) they should be able to find the part if they have it in stock or can get from they're distributor. Crazy how they have no clue what they're doing as a mechanic/parts company.
