Called the pharmacy with specific questions about a medical procedure prep package and the pharmacist kept transferring me (twice) to retail rep without even taking the time to understand my question. Then i was placed on an extended hold. Poor service.
Terrible service at the Vaughan location. My husband and I have been customers for many years and of recently the service and personal at the Vaughan location have left a lot to be desired for. I would expect from a non franchised pharmacy excellent service and that of superior quality unfortunately this is not what has been provided. They constantly do not have prescriptions you require on a monthly basis always having to order for you thus causing a delay in obtaining same and then refusing to deliver the next day. Best pharmacy in the area!
The customer service has been disappointing, which is concerning for someone working in a pharmacy, given that people come there seeking health-related help. So I would avoid this pharmacy. There are other compounding pharmacies not very far.
