We were able to work closely with a representative to trade in and purchase our new vehicle in one day. Phone communication helped move the process along. Plus for supporting a family owned business!
Tried to go look at a car at 3pm on a Saturday. Door was closed, no one answered the phone, even though website says 5pm and door said 6pm close. Not to mention the car I had looked at on their online inventory was not even on the lot.
I would definitely buy through Smith Cars again. Miciah was very helpful. I was looking for a Chevy 2500 and they had just the one I wanted.
Derrick and his brother were great fast and easy process got me in one of my favorite cars only took a day to get it was a quick walk in through process Higky recommended
