I bought a car in May 2024 at the Johnson City location before it closed. It's a 2015 Audi A4. The team was so incredibly helpful and fair with negotiation. It's now July of 2026 and the car is still wonderful and has had no issues. I highly recommend Smith's!
Derrick and his family were wonderful to do business with! They were highly responsive and accommodating to all needs and questions. They helped my young adult son get set up with everything he needed to purchase his first car on his own! They were very professional and our whole family loves our son's Jeep Wrangler! Thank you Derrick!
They helped me get financed for a car I've been wanting at a great price and it was also an easy process. I bought it Tuesday and when I got home, I noticed the brakes were a little weird.. come to find out it was the vacuum pump. They were very understanding and helped me get the problem fixed even being 2.5 hours away! Thank you so much! Totally recommend to use them for your car purchases.
I have a family of 7 and need a vehicle to depend on.... the website offers detailed history of the vehicles and they were able to get us in a 2016 Yukon for under 25,000 wich was close to book value.... these guys really care about their costumers and have a great selection of dependable vehicles.... I would recommend them to ANYONE!!
