We went with this business, as it was local, for our home remodel project doing floors throughout. Ryan and his team are phenomenal to work with! Installation was efficient and looks wonderful!
I got two other bids on flooring smiths came in lower than both of them his installers were highly experienced and did a very good job, I would recommend them to anybody.
I called Smith carpet Was needing some flooring put in front of the living room door without a chance to explain what I needed Or a chance to buy flooring from them. The person to whom I was speaking with told me not interested Have a nice day and hung up on me. So I’m going to say that’s horrible customer service.
