I called Smith carpet Was needing some flooring put in front of the living room door without a chance to explain what I needed Or a chance to buy flooring from them. The person to whom I was speaking with told me not interested Have a nice day and hung up on me. So I’m going to say that’s horrible customer service.

Polite and kind service. Quick to come measure. Professional installation. I never felt rushed. I took time over a couple of months and found 2 remnants at greatly discounted price that worked perfectly. Courteous in my home. Definitely start here if in need of carpet.
