We've been buying from Smith's Carpet on our home projects for the last 20+ years. They have been very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us on every project. Always a smile when you walk in. Their flooring selection blows away the Big Box stores. The installers are very professional and have worked around our schedule with ease. Smith's Carpet were very helpful and had a great selection. I am really happy with how my new floors turned out.
The installer was great and very nice and a hard worker (one installer for both of my small rooms) however very poor communication otherwise. Called me almost a month before my scheduled appointment to tell me the installer was on his way, and I had to tell them I had scheduled my install in September and that I am not ready because nothing was moved out of my rooms.
