The work done on my car was just fine. However, the communication between the office and myself was horrible. They NEVER called me to update me on the repair. I called them every few days and was always told to call back and that the repair was not ready due to a reason that was acceptable. On November 26, I called and was told that it was ready except for detailing. I was also told that they would call me back after the detailing was done. I did not hear back.
