Got a flat tire on the interstate less than 4 miles from Smith’s. **Watched 2 other vehicles and a semi get them, as well, in the same area** Called smith’s to see if they had my tire since it’s the only tire shop within 20 miles. It was *oddly peculiar* they were too busy to answer my car and kept sending me to voicemail. Was going to have my car towed there anyways until my tow truck driver said he does NOT recommend this place. Smith’s, do better.
I called the shop multiple times stuck on the side of the interstate with a flat tire. Is the only place within a 10 mile radius that could get me potential tires, but they kept repeatedly sending me to voicemail. Way to help out a single mother during the Christmas time, I highly do not recommend this place or their customer service.
Very friendly and professional service. Barrett very helpful and accommodating.
Great place fixed my air and back to blowing ice cold.
