My husband's truck broke down and he called Smith's to tow him. When me and my son arrived the guy was actually trying to get the truck started for my husband so we could drive it to the shop instead of towing. He couldn't get it started and decided it just needed towed. He saw how excited my nearly 3 year old son was to watch the tow truck and asked my son if he wanted to come help! It made my son's day! If this is how all their employees are, I'd highly recommend! He seemed like a kind and honest man.

Worst “mechanic” shop I’ve ever experienced in my life. Tows my truck saying he should be able to fix it just a broken spindle. I call once a month for almost 5 months with no update to finally be told they can’t fix it. So I had to pay him again to tow it to a real mechanic. Don’t waste your time

The folks at Smith’s Auto are some of the most trustworthy people in the business. I really like how they take time to explain things and I REALLY like how they don’t try to up sale you for more services that can wait and or in allot of instances, don’t even need. Keep doing what y’all are doing. Customers really appreciate it
