All smiles when they get the money. I bought a 4x4 truck and the 4x4 didn't work. Took it back to let him see. He saw it wasn't working and sent me to American transmission. It took them 3 weeks to schedule me. They tried to charge me so I called Smith's back and they acted like they didn't remember and said because they took so long to schedule my warranty ran out.

Bought a Pontiac for my daughter had a friend look at it and was told the water pump was going bad. Brought it back and was told it wasn't covered under the warranty. Every other week something was wrong with this car. 5 months later the "new" transmission blew, we cut out losses and sent it back. Should've looked at the reviews for this place. I assumed since they were in business for so long it was because they were honest and stood behind their cars, boy was I wrong.
