Friday morning scramble, wake up and our Dryer was no longer heating. I found Smith's Appliance and decided to give them a call. They gave me a same day appointment in the afternoon. Jerry was on time and had my dryer working in no time. I was thrilled to have it fixed for the weekend and certainly not expecting to have an appointment so quickly after calling. I'm glad I have someone to call next time I need a reliable appliance repair. Thank you!
Excellent Customer Service! Charlie was Great in showing & explaining to me everything they had to offer. I found the Appliances I was interested in were actually less money than the Big Box stores! The Delivery Guys were Fantastic! They Installed everything & removed the Old Appliances the NEXT Day! Great Job! Susan
This store goes out of their way. Saturday afternoon my oven element went out. I called a couple of the chain stores and they didn't have. I called a local company at 3:01 and the recording said they were closed and closed at 3:00 pm. I called Smith's at 3:10 and Mark answered the phone. He said they just closed and ask what I needed? I explained about the oven element and he had one and would wait until we got there. My oven was up and running 2hrs after it broke. Thank you so much to Mark at Smith's Appliances
