Employee cared more than the manger that they have had customers waiting in their parking lot for more than an hour for online pick up. No check up no answering phone just left us out here to never get us our stuff until 45 minutes later when an employee decided to see if people might want to know why. Sat Oct 4 2025
Ive been to Smith's all over the state and always impressed by the atmosphere cleanliness and great staff. This store was no different! I'm just jealous we don't have anything this nice in Las Cruces!
