After shopping this store for 3 years sometimes 3 times a week I usualy have my little dog with me. Today Iwas told I could not have her in the cart. Never been a problem before. AGAIN. Smith's has failed at their customer service. Why am I waiting at the customer desk and NO one is here. Oh. That's right. She left to go help at self checkout. Seriously. You're making it really hard for me to want to shop here. If I didn't despise Wal-Mart so much, I'd start shopping there again.
