Matt the manager is horrible to the customers and discriminates against the people he dislikes, terrible way to run a store, I love Smith's but would never shop this one because of him, plus 1/2 of his staff are jerks
Used to really loved getting my produce there, but lately everything has been bad. Get your produce somewhere else, this store is putting out poor quality fruits and vegetables

Love the Smiths, but they need more cashiers expecting customers to use self check out when they have a cart full of groceries is ridiculous.
Complete chaos. Not very many people using the self check outs and the few cashiers left are overwhelmed and in a terrible mood. SMITHS HIRE YOUR HUMANS BACK!!!!! People that have a cart full of groceries are not going to use the self checkout, especially your older clientele!!!!!
New managment has redone the store, lessened the availability of brands in health foods and scattered the rest all over the store. Dont like it and wont shop there anymore
Everyone is so helpful. Twice in the last 2 weeks I've gone into this store for a big/decent size stock up trip wearing my 2 month old son in a front carrier. As soon as I got to the front to check out 2 different cashiers have physically taken my cart to their checkout and personally unloaded it before checking me out so as to not have me disturb my son who by that point was asleep.
