I was treated like an animal at the Midvale pharmacy today. I did not have enough money to pay for my entire prescription until tomorrow so i ask to buy a couple of pills to get me by. I was told no! I called the manager when i got back to work and felt like a beggar...begging for a pill. She the almighty god said I could buy a couple til tomorrow. Heck with that! Slow as Molasses in January – I have been so frustrated with this Smith's on several different occasions. The customer service is ridiculously slow. I see employees standing around doing nothing but would not blink an eye if they see someone standing at customer service waiting to be helped. While the "do-it'yourself" lanes can be convenient to some, it is not for me and I think it's crazy that they have only 2 at most 3 cashier's lanes open.
