appalled at the behavior of local staff this AM in regards to the gentleman with a condition keeping him from wearing your mask. Perhaps the governor's order was miunderstood by the stores management? As a weekly customer for years this both concerns and saddens me. Will you also be banning mothers of disabled children? RecommendedI finally decided to venture out to the store today, I haven't been out since the shelter in place order, and I have to say I was super impressed by Smith's! their employees had masks, gloves all the PPE that they needed. someone was tasked with wiping down baskets and they had wipes available for customers. They even had everything I needed (like tissues) back in stock! I hope all grocery stores look like this!

I used to like them but they have expanded the self serve and removed the express lanes so we only shop there now if we have no other choice. I hate being bullied into using self serve!

Disorganized, rude staff and high prices. I avoid this store at all costs, driving out of my way to go to TNC or Safeway.

First of all, this store doesn't adhere to removing recalled items, they simply don't care. They also treat their employees like slave drivers, expecting one person to do a several person job...and if you don't get it done you get treated like shit. Another thing is is that they have no compassion for their employees...if there's an emergency and your spouse has to go to the ER, you can be assured that they put a time limit on you to be back at work (usually an hour or two).
