Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a dry cleaners not only did the owner have a complete non respect for people's personal property damage to it or cost....but absolutely in no way sympathized with people that have disabilities and came across quite threatening and rude !!
Soon is amazing! Super nice and always incredibly efficient. Go see her if you need alterations or cleaning. You won't be disappointed.
