The Smithouse team completed an entire 2,500+ sq ft basement renovation for us which included tearing down the existing structures, building out new rooms and areas like agym, craft room, bedroom, refrigerated wine room, a sauna and a gorgeous bar. We live in a Mies van der Rohe-designed building in a unit that needed remodeling consistent with the modernist design of the building. Smith House did a beautiful and meticulous job as general contractor for the remodeling. My kitchen was completely renovated by Smithouse in Spring, 2025. The entire team was superb- from design to finish. They made what I imagined to be a stressful undertaking to be completely stressless! The workmanship was meticulous, professional and beautiful. They were always on time, tidy and courteous.
