I’ve had Brian at Smithology Custom Jewelry make two rings for me since 2020. Both rings had issues with them. He never showed me any CAD drawings/wax models/3D printings for any of the rings before actually making them. Communication was pretty much nonexistent unless I would query him first. Attention to detail was lacking. Brian is the absolute best to work with. I went to Brian with a photo and asked if he could customize something similar for me. He helped me find a gorgeous diamond for the center of the ring with a price that couldn’t be beat. Prior to purchasing my stone, I was able to view not the certificate and video and had final approval rights when it was shipped and presented to me for approval.
