Brian is fantastic!! So extremely knowledgable and professional. We had no idea what to expect when we decided to do a custom engagment ring and wedding bands. We went into the process without a lot of insight into what we liked. I’ve had Brian at Smithology Custom Jewelry make two rings for me since 2020. Both rings had issues with them. He never showed me any CAD drawings/wax models/3D printings for any of the rings before actually making them. Communication was pretty much nonexistent unless I would query him first. Attention to detail was lacking.
