I come and buy ice all the time
August 13th at 7:20pm, I went through drive-thru and the lady at the window turned around before I could give her a coupon and then when the manager had came around she had mocked me while complaining and saying that it was my fault that I didn't give her the coupon after she had cashed me out. That was not very respectful to act in that manner in front of customer that can still hear you through the window.
