The food was very good everything was served hot the presentation was beautiful
We went by the Kinston location today after church, and was welcomed with good service and good food. Fried chicken and Brunswick stew was spot on. BBQ is not the best I’ve eaten but it was good and we got good sized portions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. We will be going back.
Said I didnt want fries 6 times...guess what I got. Said I didnt want slaw...guess what I got. Assumed I would get the correct change and a napkin or 2...guess what I didnt get. Do better
I have eaten at this location numerous times and tonight was the first time I had an issue with my order. The wrong order was accidentally put in my bag. I caught it before I left the parking lot. But anyway, it was handled swiftly by one of the managers. I didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair and a hat on. I want to say her name started with an A? I am not sure, but she took care of the problem with my order without any issues. Supper ended up being delicious!
