I'm not sure how a "BBQ" restaurant doesn't even offer BBQ on its food lol. Got a pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw and it was about as dry as can be and had no sauce on it. And no, there is no option to even add BBQ sauce.
I used the drive through (I had a coupon buy one platter and get one free) ordering 2 large shrimp platters with fries and slaw in one platter and Brunswick stew with baked beans in the other platter. The cashier looked at the coupon trying to make it burn up in flames, looked at me, looked back at me coupon and acted like he was typing the information when he finally said, I have to ask my manager if we are still accepting coupons and left. Customer service is excellent! Polite, friendly service with a smile and available to help. Seems to be a lost art in today's restaurant business. Great food.
