Have always loved Smithfield’s and have been frequent customers but am truly disappointed today that we had to wait over an hour past our pick up time for an order that was scheduled the day prior. I received a confirmation with a pick up time of 1:05pm and had to wait until after 2:05pm for our order of a tailgate special and extra 12pc chicken box (nothing crazy). Raynola & Gavin are awesome, they took care of me at the end of the night with smile on their faces!! Even after I screwed my order up, they were happy to fix and again with a smile on their face at 9:55!!!! Will definitely be coming back for more of this excellent service!!!
