Chicken tenders were crisp batter and juicey. Hush puppies and sides were great.
Let me be perfectly CLEAR , I went 45 minutes before closing the place looked closed I drove around to see if anyone was inside I noticed someone on their cell phone on the counter. My order was taken and service was quick less than 5 minutes When I started back home on market street I started eating the hush puppies which was Luke warm not as hot of what I had before, the chicken was cold when I got home the chicken was reheated up The server was very respectful but the food wasn't what I'm used to from Smithfield's
Being new to the area, I went to drive thru and they were very busy but customer service was great. Checked my bag before leaving drive thru and items ordered were all there. Got home and counted my huspuppies(just something i normally do) and had only 11 and a black crisp something unknown was there as well. Being that I ordered a dozen, i called restaurant and the manager on duty(Austin) answered. I am Shocked to see a 4.4 stars for Ogden Smithfields! This Smithfields is ALWAYS 5 Stars! Great staff, Great service, Always super clean and, the Food is consistently Great!!! This location is 5 Star!!!
