The team here was incredible! Everyone was so nice and the food was great
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this location was very disappointing. When I walked in, no one greeted me, and I was left standing there while my order was taken without any eye contact or basic customer service. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. On top of that, the employee who took my order had an attitude when I simply asked for sauce. Small interactions like that make a big difference, and this one left a poor impression. If you use the drive-through here, make sure you check your bag before leaving. Even if it takes a few minutes and holds up the line, it’s worth it. I ordered 2 BBQ sandwiches and a tailgate special with BBQ. You’d think BBQ being one of their main items, they’d actually include it… but nope. I drove 15 minutes to my in-laws’ house only to realize the BBQ was missing. Had to drive all the way back, and the response was basically “sorry, here you go” like it was no big deal.
