At the Wake Forest location tonight it took 40 mins. to get our order and then half of it was missing. This is the second time recently that everyone seemed confused on what needed to be done. Smithfield's is normally one of my favorites but recently you've been a disappointment.
Used to be one of my favorites. It’s getting terrible. Wait times are insane, inside and drive thru. If I order drive thru, my food is always wrong. If I go inside, the wait is insane, can’t win for losing. If I ask for my food to be double checked in the drive thru, either they don’t do it or get attitude. Just say in the drive thru 15 mins. Last time giving them chances.
