I ordered from DoorDash it specifically says extra ice. I get my order. There’s absolutely no ice in my sweet tea. It’s a hot day and I gotta drive a school bus with no AC. I understand getting things mixed up, making mistakes here and there, but no ice when I ask for extra ice that’s huge to me I will never order for smithefield chicken and barbecue again when I needed y’all the most you didn’t pull through
I bought two barbecue sandwiches one was okay the other only had half as much barbecue as the first one. I’m tired of the inconsistency.
