I walked in Smithfield at 7pm put my order in all I ordered was 2 chicken dinner's they made all the door dash orders and made me wait 30 minutes before I got my order. I left at 7:30. That will be the last of my Smithfield visit. I will never step foot in there again. They even forgot I was standing there. Unreal
It was great in Havelock, had not a bad word to say. Absolutely loved it. Now if is terrible, in Newport. Couldn’t believe the difference in the food. Chicken was very small portions and very dry. You need to do better.
the last few times purchasing a meal has been very disappointing. The chicken is either cold, half done, not crispy and the bbq was dry with no taste. If I didn't know any better its like eating what another customer returned. Not worth cost for something you can't eat.
